I want all of my customers to enjoy their hair appointments with me and for them all to feel that their time is just as important as anyone else's. This is the main reason I have this booking system. So for this to work as smoothly as it should, there are a couple of things that I expect my customers to adhere to.
By booking your appointment with me you are agreeing to-
• My cancellation policy
• To call if you will be more than 5 minutes late for your appointment. It may be that I will have to move your appointment to another time so that other people being late doesn't have an effect on any of my other customers.
